The rules for using this website. A signed project brief wins where the two disagree. How we handle information is the privacy policy.
The brief you sign is the contract. This page is the website.
These terms cover rikerweb.com, including the contact form and the client workspace. RikerWeb, LLC is a Colorado limited liability company. Nicola Riker Urdaneta and Brian Williams operate it. Using the site means you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
Prices and timelines on the site are the ranges we publish today. They are not an offer. A project starts when both sides accept a written brief that names the scope, the price, and the exclusions. If that brief conflicts with this page, the brief controls.
Payment, and who owns the work, are stated in the brief. Browsing this site doesn't transfer either one. This website doesn't take payment.
The workspace is invite-only. Sign in with Google, Discord, or an invited email and a password. A new email account also needs the confirmation code we send. Don't share the session. We can withdraw an invite at any time. The next visit ends it.
What you see after sign-in is sample engagement data. It is not a record of deliverables, files, or invoices. Don't rely on it as one, and don't send confidential project material through it. Send that the way the brief says.
Don't try to break or bypass sign-in, probe the site in a way that degrades it for everyone else, send malware or junk through the contact form, or use someone else's identity to request a sign-in. We can refuse an inquiry or revoke an invite when that happens.
We keep the public pages up and build them to WCAG 2.2 AA. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, that the sample workspace is accurate, or that the site will do anything other than describe the studio and take an inquiry. You get it as it stands.
To the extent the law allows, RikerWeb, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using this website, including reliance on the sample workspace. Liability for a paid engagement is whatever the brief says.
Colorado law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about the website go to the state or federal courts in Colorado.
We can update these terms by changing this page and the date at the top. The update applies to use of the site after that date. It does not rewrite a brief you have already signed.
