Common questions

How do payments work?

Launch packages are paid in full at the start. A site is half at the start and half when the staging URL is ready. A product is a third at kickoff, then per milestone. The direction fee comes off the build if you start within 30 days.

What if the scope changes?

We price the change in writing before starting it. You decide whether it's worth the time.

Who owns the code?

You do, from the first commit. It lives in your repository, not ours.

Can you work with our team?

Yes. Pairing with in-house engineers is common, and handover is smoother when we do.
